However, we understand that there may be times when a product does not meet your expectations. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can return products and request refunds, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- Unused and Unopened: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Items that have been used, opened, or damaged may not be eligible for return, except in cases of defects or faults.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all its original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and tags, if applicable. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are sure about keeping the product.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt, to initiate a return.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards or downloadable software

2. How to Return an Item
To return a product, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:

- Name of the product you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. Write this number on the return package for processing.
Return Shipping: Once you have the RA number, carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Inspirehato is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Inspection of Returned Items: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for any damage or signs of use. If the product meets the return eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid via credit card or PayPal, the funds will be returned within the specified timeframe.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective product, you may be eligible for a full refund, including shipping charges. Contact customer support as soon as possible if you encounter such issues.
4. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you can return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. The return process for exchanges is the same as for refunds.
Please note that any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item will be billed to or refunded to you accordingly.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a full refund or exchange, including shipping costs. To return a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product are not considered defects.
6. Late Returns
While we understand that life can get busy, we cannot accept returns beyond the 30-day return window. Items returned after this period may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
7. Restocking Fees
In some cases, Inspirehato may charge a restocking fee for returned items, especially if they are returned used, damaged, or incomplete. Restocking fees range from 10-20% of the product price, depending on the condition of the returned item. You will be notified of any applicable restocking fees before processing your return.
8. Return Fraud
Inspirehato takes return fraud seriously. We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if we believe our return policy is being abused. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to:
- Returning used, opened, or damaged products
- Returning products after the 30-day return window
- Frequent or multiple returns from the same customer without valid reasons
Customers engaging in return fraud may have their accounts permanently banned and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
